In 2017, best friends RJ Reierson and Dave Mielke decided to start their own shop after working in machining, metal fabrication, and welding for 23 years.

They wanted to create a low-stress, friendly shop environment where employees could take pride in their work and customers would feel welcome.

In one year, Superior One Solutions moved from an old barn to a commercial building on the edge of Poynette, North of Madison, WI. Ever since, they’ve been manufacturing high-quality parts for large and small companies across many industries.
